[INLES2009] Lu Ming: the opportunity and challenge of LED road lighting in Hongkong

Lu Jingli first introduced the development of LED technology development status of Hongkong science and Technology Research Institute and the Hongkong sense of lighting, and the challenges and opportunities of LED road lighting applications are analyzed, finally the paper introduces the key technology of Hongkong LED street hospital.
